S.O.S., “Support of Sindicatura,” was formed by a group of concerned Mexican business owners (most of them associated with tourism) and long-term American Baja travelers to assist Sindicatura in its efforts to stop corruption and harassment of tourists.  Your membership will help Sindicatura and make your travels throughout Mexico a little more comfortable.  The one-time membership fee of $25 gives you a travel packet containing material such as preprinted Sindicatura incident investigation forms with instructions, a membership card with a statement in Spanish on the reverse side that you should show or read to any policeman that is suggesting you pay him money, and most important, two S.O.S., Sindicatura, window decals.  One decal is approximately 8 inches and the other 4 1/2" in diameter, in color, and very impressive.  We recommend the sticker(s) be displayed in the rear window of your RV, truck, or car, or on your aircraft.
